Two key lessons from today.
1. If you think it may get dark whilst out, take a torch.
2. If you think it might rain, wear appropriate clothing.
I failed on both counts tonight and of course Mrs W was right and I did not listen!
Went on the route around the back of the white horse and then back over the summit. As I got to the top I realised that it was dark and had to be really careful on the steep hill back down.
Enjoyed the run an weirdly looking forward to longer runs at the weekend - weird!
Pretty steady, very wet underfoot in places after recent rain.
