Left it late again, and I did think for a moment before I got changed - do I really have to; just before Mrs Woods reminded me of my commitment!
I only wanted to achieve a nice easy jog out after the weekend mileage, which I achieved with a steady Jog in to town and back in the rain!
Slow steady and consistent was the order of the day!
